I moved to Philadelphia to attend The University of the Arts. I had the great fortune to study with guitar legend Pat Martino, virtuoso Jimmy Bruno and beloved educator Tom Giacobetti. From 2011 to 2024, I was a member of the guitar faculty at UArts, a position I truly valued because I was able to work, learn and share inspiration with motivated students. I'm currently teaching at The Community College of Philadelphia. This evolved after being selected as their '23-'24 Artist in Residence. I also work with individuals around the country. Through working with hundreds of students over the years I have developed a fun and relatable way to open up the fretboard and music theory for all. If you feel stuck in your playing, I am confident I can help you improve your vision on the fretboard and broaden your musical palate. Here are some educational clips and feedback from students.
